Jackie Horvath

Jackie Horvath is the founder and owner of Horvath Communications. Throughout her 20 year career in the industry she has secured financial backing in excess of 250 million dollars and built over 700 towers across the United States. Jackie has her undergraduate degree in Political Science and MBA from Indiana University.

Erin Horvath

Erin formally joined Horvath Communications, but she grew up in wireless after watching her mom, Jackie Horvath establish and grow the company. She currently serves as President. Her responsibilities include serving as a client relations liaison and managing the marketing activities for the company, she also manages all inbound colocation and modifications. Erin is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College with a degree in Political Science and Communications Studies. She is the proud parent of four children.

Todd Lehmann

Todd joined Horvath in 2016 as CFO and oversees all aspects of accounting and reporting. He worked as a CPA in public accounting for over 12 years and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Todd is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Accounting.

Jeff DeLauder

Jeff joined Horvath in 2016 as Director of Construction.  He has 30 years experience in construction including over 20 years as a licensed builder and general contractor, with 19 years spent in the wireless telecommunications industry.

Ashlee Roher

Ashlee joined the Horvath team in 2019. She completed the Dental Assisting program at Ross Medical Education. Prior to working at Horvath Communications, she worked in the dental field as a business assistant for over 2 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Ashley Phillips

Ashley has been with Horvath Communications since August, 2014. She has worked in the accounting department for six years prior with C&B Optical One, Optometrists in Northern Indiana. Ashley started her career in the Office of Human Resources at The University of Notre Dame.

Jennifer Sirovica

Jennifer originally joined Horvath Communications in 2005 as Office Manager. As the company grew, so did her responsibilities, eventually  leading her to work in every aspect of the business – from accounting to site acquisition and eventually to Director status as Director of Site Acquisition and Manager of Compliance and A & E.  In 2018, Jennifer took a short hiatus and re-joined the Horvath team in October, 2021 as Project Manager.  She is currently responsible for managing  environmental and regulatory compliance, SCIP’s for the DAS program and maintenance and inspections for the macro towers, as well as assisting with site acquisition, title and A & E, as needed, due to her experience.  Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.

Doug Appenfelder

Doug leads the Horvath engineering team responsible for the design and implementation of all the in-building wireless network solutions Horvath deploys nationwide. As part of this role, Doug has first-hand experience working closely with the national wireless service providers interested in delivering wireless solutions to venues.Over his 20+ years in the telecom industry, Doug has worked with multiple wireless communication carriers and private companies to solve coverage and capacity issues.

Doug has extensive experience creating opportunities with Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) technologies related to some of the largest real estate projects, stadiums, arenas, and universities, especially in the southeast region of the US.

Doug and his wife, Whitney, have been married for 20 years and have 2 children together. In their free time, they enjoy supporting their children in their equestrian, music, and baseball activities, supporting and attending their local church, and playing a little tennis when they can find the time.

Kennedy Hunt

Kennedy joined the Horvath team in 2019. She is currently a student at Saint Marys College working towards her BA in Business Finance. Her responsibilties include accounting assistance and recordings. The things that make her most happy in life are her son & nephew.

Heather Morley

Heather recently joined Horvath Communications as its new Leasing Manager. Before joining Horvath Communications, Heather worked as a paralegal and has over 30 years’ experience working in the legal industry.  She brings with her an extensive knowledge of business and contract law.  Heather grew up in the Michiana area and attended the University of Detroit Mercy.  In her spare time, Heather enjoys music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
