As mobile technology expands so do the requirements and consumer expectations for greater bandwidth and better signal. Nowhere is that more clear than at large venues like amusement parks, casinos, office complexes, and convention centers, where masses of people are uploading, downloading, and streaming all at once, causing the cellular signal to become diluted and unreliable.
We understand the pressure for venue and property owners to keep up with the demand for cellular access, and to ensure that their properties are the most competitive.
We have a solution - Neutral Host DAS.
DAS networks provide a great solution to buildings that are 250,000 sq/ft or larger.
DAS networks can provide an indoor or outdoor solution. Horvath has provided DAS solutions at outdoor venues such as amusement parks and live, work, play environments. Indoor projects include office buildings, casinos, schools, and hotels.
Horvath will make 100% of the capital investment to develop, build and maintain the DAS network. The venue will not be responsible for any costs associated with the development of the project.
Unlike some DAS networks, Horvath will install an ACTIVE DAS network that will include a dedicated signal source from the major wireless carriers. It will not pull coverage from the surrounding towers, instead it will bring a dedicated system to the venue and provide specific, enhanced coverage.
Once the DAS network is installed and operational, Horvath is responsible for the on-going monitoring and maintenance. Any questions or issues that arise, will be the responsibility of Horvath, including management of all carrier relationships and negotiations.
Mobile connectivity is essential to modern life. Consumers now require connectivity in order to navigate everyday activities, employment and recreation. Installing a DAS system increases the market value of your property in today’s competitive environment.
